What I Really Enjoy About My Field
I truly enjoy people stepping outside of their comfort zone and seeking help to become better day by day. I enjoy working with couples who have the goal of obtaining (or maintaining) a healthy and loving relationships. It is my goal to assist clients build on the strengths they already possess and move towards the development of a more fulfilling and productive life.
My Achievement Story in Brief
I am the product of the Indianapolis Public School (IPS) system and was raised in a community that many did not go off to college. I am a proud graduate of Florida A&M University (HBCU) where their Psychology program focused on the history Black community as it pertains to mental health and wellness. I knew the field of Psychology was for me. I knew my purpose in life was to assist others in obtaining a higher standard of living.
Many years later, I can proudly say I am the owner of Elevated Minds® and licensed in 4 states within the USA.

The fear of the unknown, lack of patience and comparing themselves to others.
